The studio

Reece Constructions is an independent Melbourne studio of designers and builders. We create custom residences and knockdown rebuilds across the city’s established suburbs — houses that belong on their street, and to the people who will live in them.
Every project is led by a dedicated project manager, documented in-house, and finished through our Design Studio. The result is not a catalogue home with nicer taps. It is a considered piece of architecture, made well.

Your new home design
Concept sketches become a resolved plan. You will see how rooms sit to the sun, how the house meets the street, and how the garden is part of the architecture — not an afterthought.

Documentation
Town planning, working drawings, engineering and energy. We manage the consultants and the council process so you always know where the project stands, and what happens next.

Personalising your home
In the Design Studio you select fixtures, stone, timber, paint and hardware from a curated range. Our designers guide every decision so the house feels complete, not assembled.

The build
A dedicated project manager, weekly site updates and a fixed-price contract. We build with our own trades and a small group of specialists we have trusted for years.

Handover
A thorough inspection, a maintenance guide, and the keys. We remain your point of contact after you move in — a home of this quality deserves an aftercare that matches it.
